Porsche Design Tower
Porsche Design Tower is a residential skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and branded by Porsche Design. At 195 m with 60 stories, it is one of the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach.
The groundbreaking commenced on April 19, 2014 at the Sales Center of the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The building was completed in January 2017.
It is unique for its inclusion of a robotic parking garage, having 284 parking spaces for 132 units allowing unit owners to park two or four cars right outside their unit. Each unit is expected to range in cost from $4 million to $32.5 million. Drivers ride up the elevator in their cars and are placed into their own “garage” adjacent to their unit. The tower has three elevators to take cars to their units and is expected to cost about $560 million to build.
This architectural and engineering masterpiece reflects essential brand elements such as functional design, technical innovation and iconic, future-forward style.
The building itself is an architectural homage to Porsche. The same fiberglass and suede that you’d find in a Porsche is integrated into some of the building’s common areas.
“If you’re an art collector, you put art on the wall. So why not put the car in your living room?”
Tower developer, Gil Dezer.
With its striking design and integrated automotive elevator system, the Porsche Design Tower Miami sets innovative new standards. Residents can enjoy spectacular views thanks to the building’s cylindrical form and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Standard amenities include a private pool and outdoor kitchen for every apartment. Porsche Design Tower features luxurious amenities including a private restaurant with outdoor seating and a chic lounge bar overlooking the ocean, a sunset terrace with spa tubs, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, entertainment room, pool with food and beverage service.
