Returns
All products are print-on-demand with third-party suppliers, which means that all are unique and produced only once ordered. Gerard Puxhe does not produce any of the products, these are produced by different manufacturers around the world.
Note that Gerard Puxhe will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply there is a change of mind.
Get in touch with our team at contact@gerardpuxhe.com in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, with attached photos of the issue. We’ll contact our suppliers to study the case, and once it has been approved, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. There is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
